    Healthcare Professionals Testimonials

“Of the many workshops I have attended, none has compared with Judith Swack’s for sheer intellectual excitement, psychotherapeutic innovativeness, and practical effectiveness. This workshop opens up new and important territory.”Nathaniel Branden, Ph.D., psychologist, author of The Six Pillars of Self-Esteem

“I have trained in many different therapuetic modalitites and HBLU™ pulls together everything I know and works when no other modality does. Eigthy percent of the work I do with patients is HBLU™.”

    Sierra Levy, N.D.

“The best cure for burn-out I’ve ever seen! This workshop has given me the tools to increase my own resourcefulness as well as the resourcefulness of others.”

    Ruthe Monahan, Educator

“I enthusiastically recommend this to all therapists who wish to be at the leading edge in helping their clients heal rapidly and lastingly.”George Pratt, Chairman

    Psychology-Scripps Memorial Hospital

    Author of Instant Emotional Healing

“Six weeks after taking the HBLU™ I training, my client load and income doubled without any different marketing effort on my part. I now have a waiting list of people who would like to work with me. Instead of having a handful of ‘breakthrough’, miracle sessions each year, I have that many each day.”

    Amy St. Hilaire, LMFT

“Success! The HBLU™ Limiting Identities workshop is life-changing. I’m not the same person I was before the workshop – or should I say I am now “A Person.” Handling the Void layers of the Enneagram wound is like giving a person back their life. HBLU™ never ceases to amaze me at its speed and the incredible changes it makes in the client. Thank you Judith for your brilliance and for caring enough to make sure others have this information to heal the ego.

Aerial Long, therapist, MS, CMF, Beaverton, OR

“Thanks for a fabulous Essence Workshop. As usual, you were stimulating, exciting and mind expanding. Your workshops are action and information packed, just the way I like them to be.”

    Harriet Gorodetsky, Occupational Therapist
“Judith is sensitive, responsive and knowledgeable. She engenders tremendous trust and confidence throughout the learning process which allowed me to go to the next step.”

    Myrna Socol, Career Counselor

“Judith was absolutely correct: patients who do not hold their adjustments almost invariably have a trauma frozen in their bodies. Once I release that body imprint, patients respond beautifully.”

    Richard Herbold, Chiropractor

“To detraumatize a patient in three hours when years of therapy had virtually little impact is profound. The results I’m seeing in my clients are dramatic.”

    Dr. Cal Robert Regula, Psychologist

“It has proven to be an invaluable tool for self stress management”.

Dr. Janet Konefal, Ph.D., M.P.H., Univ. of Miami School of Medicine

“This workshop was outstanding, the best I’ve ever attended. It gave us hands-on techniques that were powerful and easy to administer that resulted in positive results.”

    Dianne Ballard M.S, C.M.H.C

“These techniques are immediately useful, on the cutting edge of healing, and offer a measurable way to gauge the success of treatment. If I had only one workshop I could attend, this would be it!”

    Wendy Rawlings M.S., C.M.H.C.

“In all the years I’ve been doing psychotherapy, doing HBLU™ is the most fun I’ve ever had.”

    Anne Redstone, LMFT, CBT

I want to tell you all about an unusual intervention I came upon last week when I was treating a patient on the trauma outline for shock/fear after finding superimpositions from the dark side. I muscle-tested for the intervention of choice, and it wasn’t on any of the menus. I asked if it was something I had used before? No. So of course I asked her what came to mind, and she said, “Chocolate cake!” and laughed. Well, I said, “I just happen to have one.” After her session, I planned to pick up my son for his birthday lunch, and then come up to my apartment for cake, chocolate with chocolate, no nuts because he doesn’t like them. (This patient is allergic to them.) She hadn’t seen the cake, but, as Judith explained, the unconscious has available to it everything within fifteen feet, so there it was. She didn’t want to cut into my son’s cake, I explained that he’s very spiritual, has HBLU treatments himself, wouldn’t mind, and she relented after more muscle-testing. So we had cake, delicious!

This patient has a traumatic history.  Part of her background is that her father’s favorite child was her older brother, her mother’s favorite was her younger brother, and her parents treated her like she was invisible. She would ask for something for her birthday, and not only would she not get it, but her mother would buy it for her younger brother and give it to him in front of her. Since the therapist is often the mother in the unconscious, here she was getting her symbolic brother’s cake, at the mother’s urging… And during neurofeedback earlier in the week, she had been told she had done a great job, and she hadn’t thought so because she had spaced out, daydreaming about her mother’s chocolate cake. So this intervention was therapeutic and perfect for her on many levels!

Later, when I took my son to lunch, the restarunt owner came over to our table and said she was buying us dessert. I said “good, it’s his birthday lunch,” and she asked if he liked chocolate, and I burst out laughing. He had dessert there and decided to give the cake to his friends at school. I thought, “this is really fun”.
